Boss Overview
Mendicant Reinbreaker is an Agari-tier world boss added during TennoCon 2026 week. The encounter features a corrupted rider and enslaved steed fighting as a unified unit until the mount is freed mid-fight.
Defeating Reinbreaker contributes to Ode'n faction loot tables and teases future mount acquisition — the freed horse may become a companion in later 2026 updates.
Phase One — Mounted Assault
Reinbreaker charges across the arena with trample telegraphs covering wide lanes. Side-dodge timing matters more than blocking — stagger damage while blocking increased in Preludes 15. Assign one player to draw charge paths away from ranged DPS.
When the steed rears, expect a cone slam followed by ichor pools. Cleanse pools quickly or relocate the party to prevent stacking damage over time.
Phase Two — Dismounted Duel
After breaking the mount's posture bar, Reinbreaker fights on foot with faster combo strings and ranged ichor bolts. Parry windows tighten — Courage builds excel here if Virtue investment meets weapon requirements.
The freed steed exits combat but may return as an environmental hazard if the fight exceeds time limits. Burn phase two before enrage timers stack additional ghost adds.
Rewards and Farming
Drops include Ode'n-origin Tempers, Mendicant craftwork weapons, and materials for Chordstone Lampyrites. Use ground preview before pickup to compare against equipped gear.
Agari respawn cycles apply — coordinate with the Agari timer tool. Hotfix 10 adjusted reward tables; verify drop notes after each patch.
