Dermak Undercity Walkthrough
Navigate Soulframe Dermak Undercity in Preludes 15: route maps, ghost ambushes, loot, and main quest tie-ins.
Zone Introduction
Dermak Undercity is a vertical dungeon beneath Midrath's trade district — a maze of collapsed aqueducts, ghost shrines, and smuggler camps. Gods & Ghosts added spectral patrols requiring Nightfold activation to damage certain elites.
Entry requires main quest mid-act progress and recommended Grace or Spirit investment for platforming forgiveness.
Recommended Route
Enter via the eastern lift after accepting the undercity recon quest. Clear the first gauntlet using parries rather than blocking — ghost enemies bypass standard block in Preludes 15 unless Nightfold is active.
Branch north for Talisman migration NPC before descending to the flooded tier where Chordstone caches spawn. South branch hosts optional elite dropping blue Tempers.
Secrets and Spectral Sight
Hidden walls reveal spectral sight nodes — interact with F default to expose loot alcoves. Sirin players shorten puzzle time significantly; solo players should allocate temporary Spirit respec if stuck.
Cogah hard mode entrance hides behind a triple puzzle room in the deepest tier — bring a prepared group.
Exit and Repeat Farming
After main quest completion, undercity segments remain farmable for Tempers and ghost crafting mats. Agari timers elsewhere often beat raw undercity repetition unless targeting specific drops.
