Soulframe Beginner Route
Optimal beginner route for Soulframe Preludes 15: tutorial, first Pact, Virtues, early quests, and Agari introduction.
Hour Zero to Two — Tutorial and Pact
After launcher login, complete the combat tutorial without skipping — parry, Nightfold, and Smite introductions define Soulframe's skill floor. Preview all Pact kits in the hall before selecting; Preludes 15 allows an early respec but saves resources if you choose well initially.
Pick up hub quests from Midrath NPCs marked with gold spectral threads. These introduce Virtue allocation UI and your first weapon refine at the blacksmith.
Hours Two to Five — Main Quest Branch
Follow the main quest chain toward Dermak outskirts before diving optional zones. The chain unlocks spectral sight training required for Gods & Ghosts content and grants your first Totem slot.
Side quests along the route drop blue Tempers — prioritize quests mentioning Talisman migration if you played older preludes on the same account.
Hours Five to Ten — Agari and Grouping
Join your first Agari event using map markers or the Agari timer tool. Group content accelerates Virtue materials compared to solo grinding. Use party finder guide etiquette — bring consumables and communicate Pact role.
Attempt Torment Stag only after upgrading one weapon with Chordstones and socketing at least two Totems. Early stag wipes teach mechanics cheaply if you avoid expensive consumables.
Beginner Mistakes to Avoid
Do not spread Virtues evenly — commit primary stat first. Avoid dismantling weapons before reviewing Chordstone rolls. Ignore unofficial Trello roadmaps; follow Devstream patch notes instead. Never buy friend codes from third parties.
